**What you'll do**:

- Lead and Supervise Rig Managers and field crews for an assigned area
- Ensure all rigs meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards
- Conduct rig inspections and oversee equipment maintenance and re-certifications
- Partner with HSE, HR, Crew Coordination, and other departments to support staffing, training, and incident investigations
- Manage logistics, permits, and rig moves
- Serve as the key liaison between field teams and operations management
- Other duties as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have service rig experience, 10+ years of oilfield experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong technical understanding of rig systems (hydraulics, electrical, mechanical)
- Valid certifications (e.g. H2S Alive, SRA, etc)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours (e.g. rotational on-call weekends)
- Willingness to travel regularly out of town in remote areas to support rig operations
