Project Manager Risk

As a Project Manager Risk & Contractual you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of contract related uses. You will work closely with The Project Manager, Cost Control and Procurement departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, and to grant the Contractual milestone, client procedures and performance KPI´s.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Scheduling all implementation activities such as data migration, parallel run, packaging, installation, UAT, user training etc
- Resolving contractual and commercial problems
- Risk assessment
- Reviewing/developing operational process flows
- Overseeing financial KPIs
- Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
- Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
- Management/mentoring/training the Quantity Survey team.
- Reporting on financial performance to the project manager and other senior staff members.
- Offering financial direction and instruction to the project team, ensuring they understand key aspects of the contract.
- Contract Management. Follow the future claims to the client. Able to recollect all information and develop the documents required to present to the Steering Committee
- Responsible of tracking the Risk of the project. Follow the development with all the stakeholders (internal team, subcontractors, client ), advise on time when the risk increases and how it will be mitigated to reduce the
- Probability of occurrence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Membership of an association such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) is highly desirable. World Commerce and Contracting (WCC) or have a postgraduate degree in international trade relations
- Project Planning (Resources, Activities, Infrastructure, Travel and Dependencies)
- RMP (Risk Mgt Plan)
- (Product, Resources, Contractual deliveries, RFP Planning, ensuring agreed points are getting delivered, Solutioning for Gaps)
- Project Organization Management (People Management)
- Budget Management (Cost/Efforts/Schedule)
- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
- Ensure Implementation site (customer site) for readiness
- Execute the Customer data migration successfully
- Handover of all the artifacts /learning to the support manager while project enters the support phase
- Attend Steering committee meetings to update the stakeholder
- High level of English (C1)
