**Project Manager**

**Description**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of multiple projects at once.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that project timelines are met and quality expectations are met.
- Manage the project process from start to finish, including gathering requirements, planning, developing schedules, and managing deliverables.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Balance the management of projects by mitigating risks and defining resolution plans
- Source materials and subtrades
- Superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses and families
- Educate, coach, and monitor junior staff members
- Deliver expected project margin/profitability
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read architectural drawings and review millwork shop drawings
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Must possess conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with MS Office Suite (or similar software) and or similar software that follows MS Office principles. CAD and E-cabinets would be a bonus
- Must have a background in construction and/or cabinet making
