**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure project success.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges.
- **Network Safety**: Ensure that network safety and security are prioritized in all project phases, adhering to best practices and regulatory compliance.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage project resources, ensuring the right skills and personnel are in place to meet project objectives.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders through status reports and presentations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in project management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP / CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
- **Experience**: 7 years of project management experience in IT, including successful delivery of [specific types of projects].
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- PMP, CAPM certifications would be considered an asset
- Experience in:

- Windows and Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Hyper-V Clusters
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in IT.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
