- Develop and deliver interactive and engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.

- Collaborate with L&D and Talent Management teams to ensure outcomes are on track to meet business needs.
- Design and redesign learning content, conducting pilots and revisions based on changes to business needs, processes, or

- Review, evaluate, and update existing training programs based on feedback and required changes.
- Participate and assist in developing recommendations or projects regarding future training programs.
- Participate in leadership development programs as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in all learning and development delivery formats (classroom, virtual, eLearning).

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration (Human Resources), Commerce (Human Resources), Education, or
Psychology with a minimum of three years of related experience.
OR
- A two-year diploma in Business, Human Resources, Education, or relevant discipline from an institution with recognized
standing and a minimum of five years of related experience.
OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Basic understanding of the utility business, functions, and environment, as well as the inherent HR implications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate learning sessions (classroom and/or virtual) using various delivery methods and
- formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build effective business partnerships.
- A team player who brings a passionate, positive, and high-energy approach to customer service and delivering results.

**_ Salary Range_**
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $38.22-$52.91 Hourly,
$73,244.60-$101,388.04 Annually.
