We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
- Perform regular financial analysis.
- Creating, modeling and updating financial projections.
- Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
- Establish targets and manage all accounting and finance employees including management accountants and internal auditors.
- Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
- Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
- Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.
- Prepare and outline complex models into simple terms that others can work with
- Monitor the performance of investments including creating reports using business software
- Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions
- Have a strong understanding of fiscal policy and investment regulations
- Offer advice to the executive team regarding spending and budget questions
- Oversee in the finance department, including giving directions and delivering periodical evaluations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principals, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Ability to lead departments and individuals
- Strong creative skills to develop new and innovative solutions
- Ability to create and deliver unbiased budget expectations for different departments
- CPA or CFA certification (or currently being obtained)
