Milton, Canada Whisper Audiology Hearing Clinic Full time

Whisper Audiology is a privately owned and operated business. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the office, and assisting the audiologist. This position is an extremely valuable team member and plays a central role in the success of the clinic.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting patients
- Maintaining electronic and paper files
- Maintaining clinicians schedules
- Outbound calls
- Sales and payments
- Billing
- Handling 3rd party insurance
- Daily Cleaning
- Maintaining office and clinical supplies
- Shipping, receiving and tracking orders
- Basic hearing aid repairs and maintenance
- Assisting the clinicians where needed

**Qualifications**:

- Min 2 years customer service/reception experience (medical clinic preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Superior patient service skills
- Detail oriented and initiative driven
- Effective organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient and tech savvy computer skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
