We are a small, public accounting firm with an opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to join our fast-paced environment.

As part of our team your responsibilities will be:

- Personal tax returns preparation
- Office and administration duties
- Telephone and in person client reception
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong Computer Literacy skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and within a team environment
- Attention to details and confidentiality
- Excellent client service skills
- Experience working with a tax software
- 6 months of experience preparing tax returns
- Post Secondary Education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
