**NOW HIRING**: Parts & Service Assistant

**LOCATION**: Centennial Nissan of Summerside, Prince Edward Island

**HOURS**: Full Time Days, 40-45 hours per week.

**WAGES**: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

**THE PERFECT FIT**:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, and has a real interest in automobiles and working in a team setting. You will be a key player in the success of our service & parts department, previous experience with shipping & receiving of parts would be considered an asset.

**JOB TASKS**:

- Service Advisor:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow effectively.
- Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
- Provide detailed information on service options, costs, and timelines.
- Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
- Communicate with technicians and team members to ensure timely repairs.
- Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and address any concerns.
- Assist with customer concerns alongside the Service Manager.
- Provide accurate estimates for completion times and notify customers of any changes.
- Maintain proper paperwork, including opening and closing repair orders.
- Collect payments and ensure a balanced cash register at the end of each day.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Greeting customers by phone or in person
- Answering parts inquiries and following up with customers
- Maintain a tidy work environment
- Receive/ billing of parts inventory
- Maintaining inventory levels
