**NOW HIRING**: Financial Services Manager

**LOCATION**: Centennial Kia, Summerside, Prince Edward Island

**HOURS**: Full time, permanent. Monday - Saturdays, 40-45 hours per week

**WAGES**: $45,000 - $75,000+ per year + benefits (commission based)

**THE PERFECT FIT**:
We are looking for an outgoing, personable individual who thrives on helping customers secure financing for their vehicle purchases by working with lending agencies to obtain credit approvals. In this role, you’ll build trust by presenting financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products while creating a positive, seamless sales experience. With a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations, you’ll play a key role in delivering complete customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience as a Business Manager is an asset but not required (training provided).

**JOB TASKS**:

- **Oversee Finance and Insurance Operations**:

- Manage the dealership's finance and insurance department with the utmost confidentiality.
- **Financial Transactions**:

- Coordinate and finalize vehicle financing and leasing transactions with customers.
- **Insurance/ Product Sales**:

- Offer and sell various insurance and aftermarket products to customers.
- Build value in all available products and services to customers. (i.e., insurances, warranty, protection packages, etc.)
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and insurance sales.
- **Lender Relationships**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure loan approvals and funding.
- **Paperwork Handling**:

- Manage Access PEI documentation as required.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout and after the sales process.
