**Position**: Customer Care Representative
Are you passionate about helping people improve their quality of life? Do you possess excellent communication skills and a knack for exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Provide accurate information about our hearing services and products
- Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with Hearing Aid Practitioners and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for effective resolutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A compassionate, client-focused attitude with patience and professionalism
- Well-organized with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities
- Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is an asset
- Knowledge of hearing health or audiology terms is helpful, but not essential
