Our primary objective is to streamline the customs clearance process and adapt our services to cater to the unique requirements of our clients.

At present, we are actively searching for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a **Freight Coordinator** at our Head Office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process customer orders.
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of shipments and actively track their movement.
- Negotiate rates and establish terms and conditions.
- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address any transit or shipping issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent experience an asset.
- 1+ years of work experience in freight or logistics coordination a must.
- Proven computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written is required.
- Strong organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
