The team at C-West is comprised of passionate individuals who strive to bring customers visions to life from design to manufacturing. Our in-house manufacturing allows us to see the project from start to finish and ensure the highest quality is being delivered to our customers.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

Responsibilities and duties will be as determined by C-West, including but not limited to the following:

- Analyze drawing packages and other requests to identify labor, material, and time requirements and then assign costs
- Prepare and provide take-off’s / estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms to sales team
- Communicate with drafting, procurement, and account managers to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates
- Ability to develop rough sketch drawings for quoting of buy out materials
- Ability to identify cost saving opportunities and alternatives
- Developing a clear understanding of the projects being estimated

**Experience Requirements**
- Experience in Cabinetmaking or similar field is a must
- Experience using AutoCAD is a must
- Past experience estimating for a carpentry or millwork company is an asset
- Experience using Innergy ERP system is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with built style, materials, and hardware using in the cabinetry industry

**Specific Skills Required**
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD Drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for cabinetry/millwork and desire to work and collaborate with a team
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
