**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteer who is willing to work for our salon as a customer services representative with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and content creation.

We are flexible with hours so you may work for however long you need to potentially meet schools community hours if needed. If you are passionate about grow professionally please reach out to us

**Responsibilities**:

- Check-in and provide a friendly first impression on clients
- Coordinate clients' appointments
- Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assisting with concerns through providing exceptional customer service support
- Generate videos and photos for social media purposes
- Process client transactions and assistant with onboarding clients with new marketing initiatives (loyalty card, giveaways, discounts, product launches, etc.)
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred but required)
- Have strong organization, communication and problem solving skills
- Have interested in the salon & beauty industry
- Possess willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 1-8 per week
