Come join RenoRun **Position Title**:Dispatch Supervisor **Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9AM - 4PM **Compensation**:starting at $22/hr **Warehouse Location**: Lachine, QC H8R 4E1 (Please note this position requires you to be on-site.) **Position Description**: The Dispatch Supervisor is a key part of our success. They are primarily responsible for overseeing the performance of the Dispatch team in Montreal who own routing and tracking orders and managing communication with drivers and customer service, as well as working on special projects managing metrics and creating improved processes. This role will have a direct impact on the success of the business through our customer experience and efficiency. **What you'll do**: - Oversee the assignment of orders and routes to the fleet and crew delivering orders to customers - Support the Local Operations teams make optimal decisions in complex, dynamic scenarios - Improve driver efficiency through improved dispatch processes - Proactively identify areas of improvement both within Dispatch and as well with your stakeholders - Act as a point of contact between Operations, Sales and Customer Service departments - Manage and improve key operating efficiency metrics - Identify, structure and execute special projects as needed **What you'll bring**: - Experience working in a coordinator or dispatcher role - Take initiative, assess situations, problem solve, make decisions and give clear directions to the team - Multi-task, stay organized and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Ability to remain calm and composed in complicated situations - Ability to coordinate, manage and lead both tasks and team members - Bilingualism in both English and French language **What we offer**: - Overtime paid at time and half - Paid time off (vacation and sick days) - Benefits (health, dental, vision) - Employee stock option plan - Employee RRSP matching **At RenoRun, we strive to build a workforce composed of individuals with diverse identities, backgrounds, abilities, and minds that will help us to grow, not only as a company, but also as individuals.
