Logistics Strategy Intern

In the logistics internship, you will
- Analyze processes and data to identify key pain points. Work with various cross-functional teams to propose recommendations to improve performance
- Map processes and work on their improvements
- Work in collaboration with BI team and other supply chain analysts to improve/create traceability and control tower tools to support key stakeholders to make more informed decisions (dashboard, KPIs, tracking tools, etc )
- Create and implement governance processes to support stakeholders and improve processes and performance of our clients’ operations and contribute to the change management

**Summary of the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Map the current order management processes from order entry to delivery at the customer including penalty management (delays due to internal and/or external factors, short ship, etc )
- Analyze processes and data to identify key pain points. Work with B2B, logistics, and sales teams to propose recommendations to improve performance
- Work in collaboration with BI team and other supply chain analysts to improve/create traceability and control tower tools to support key stakeholders of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to make more informed decisions (dashboard, KPIs, tracking tools, etc )
- Create and implement governance processes to support stakeholders and improve order management processes and performance at the sales level and within the B2B and Logistics department

**Professional Qualifications**
- Previous experience in continuous improvement and process mapping
- Previous experience and/or strong understanding of the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry and its challenges, an asset
- Experience in building governance processes, dashboard, control tower and KPI tracking tools

**Required Competencies**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to drive meaningful and creative solutions from the analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Keurig Dr Pepper network
- Knowledge of continuous improvement best practices (excluding manufacturing)
- Ability to understand the interconnectivity of the different processes
- Strong ability to use and leverage Microsoft suite tools (Excel, Power Point, Visio)
- Ability to work in multiple cross functional teams but also independently on given tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French and English
- Bachelor or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in engineering, operations, supply chain or any other relevant areas of study
