The Dental Assistant performs a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties, and often work chair-side as dentists examine and treat patients. They make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain their dental records.

We are looking for a dental assistant who:

- Has exceptional teamwork mentality.
- Is able to understand and execute orders in clinic setting.
- Is genuinely interested in patient care.
- Knows how to separate work and personal matters.
- Is able to get along with other team members, in a professional manner.
- General education degree or high school diploma
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis would be an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience is preferred but willing to train the right person

**Duties include, but not limited to**:
1. Have patients' well-being in mind at all times.

2. Assist with examinations and treatments and prepare instruments for treatment.

3. Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment.

4. Perform clerical functions.

5. Enter patient treatment and medical history into Dentrix and Maxident software
