**Role Overview**:As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead day-to-day retail operations, guiding and inspiring the team to excel. You'll drive positive interactions, manage financial transactions, oversee inventory, and champion customer experiences. **Qualifications**:
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
- 3+ years leadership experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in sales, customer service, and cash handling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savviness with various platforms
- Desire to understand cannabis deeply
- Education in business, sales, or related field (desirable)
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead opening and closing procedures
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Drive sales targets and profitability through team collaboration
- Mentor and direct team members in daily tasks
