**Job Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with purchases, answering questions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed.
- Provide knowledgeable support for front-store products, promotions, and services.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with store policy.
- Restock shelves, rotate product and maintain product displays to ensure an organized and visually appealing store.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing incoming inventory.
- Perform regular stock counts and report low or missing items.
- Support ordering and restocking processes as directed by management.
- Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure efficient store operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about customer needs, stock issues, and store priorities.
- Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

**Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math and computer skills for sales transactions.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required**.**
