Alberta Home Services is currently in search of Customer Service / Sales Representatives to join our 16 year Consumer's Choice Award winning team We are seeking a part time employee, potentially moving to full time. Established in 1986, we are an exciting, growing and environmentally conscious company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound telephone calls & assist customers with inquiries in a timely fashion
- Make outbound calls for follow up customer satisfaction
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services
- Convert telephone inquiries into booked appointments
- Assist customers with customer care issues
- Enter company data accurately and efficiently
- Administrative duties such as filing, organising and sorting
- Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Reporting customer updates, concerns or changes day to day to the Operations Manager
- Other duties as requested

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma/GED (minimum)
- At least one year of Call Centre experience recommended
- **Must be available to work Saturdays**
- High energy & positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Accurate and efficient data Entry skills
- Own vehicle transportation is highly recommended (Our location is in the Foothills Industrial Park, no close public transportation).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
