Gary Moe Lethbridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Internal Service Advisor / Delivery coordinator to join our growing service department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Writing up Internal repair orders for used vehicle reconditioning, Pre Delivery inspections, and sold vehicles
- Coordinating with the parts department to ensure correct parts are ordered
- being the main point of contact with the sales department to provide updates on vehicle statuses in the shop
- Ensuring sold vehicles are ready for delivery at the scheduled time. Includes coordinating repairs and reconditioning, cleaning, accessory installs and any sublet work that needs to be scheduled.
- Maintaining a safe and accountable workplace
- Processing payments and refunds to customers
- Providing support on the service lane when necessary
- Keeping up communication with all departments on the status of vehicle repairs and deliveries

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient with PBS Auto Dealership Software is a plus
- Organized
- Team Player
- Responsible and Dependable
- Coachable and adapts to change
- Positive Attitude
- Have a valid Driver's License

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
