Viessmann in Langley has an opening for Territory Sales Manager position in Lower Mainland in BC.

The objective is to further increase sales through support and expansion of the current customer base, strategic market evaluation and sourcing of new customers and projects.

**Responsibilities**:
*
*
- Promotion and sales development of Viessmann products to wholesalers, contractors, homeowners and light commercial accounts in the Province of British Columbia with focus on renewable energy products.
- Market evaluation and sales forecasts
- Maintain existing accounts through regular visits and promotions to maintain the highest level of product awareness.
- Establish and maintain continuous contact with active and potential residential and light commercial customers, including wholesalers, contractors, developers, and other influencers in BC
- Report on a weekly basis on the status and development of Viessmann product sales, and provide information on customer relations and development.
- Provide product assistance to residential and light commercial accounts regarding boiler selection, replacement parts identification, substitution of alternate parts, etc.
- Provide pre-sales customer service
- Provide conceptual hydronic designs and technical advice on heating systems in cooperation with the Technical Advisor
- Assist with product training and education of contractors and wholesalers
- Additional tasks as may be required during the course of the business year

Education and experience:

- Valid G1(preferred) or G2(Gas Technician Certification).
- Valid 313A (Refrigeration & Air Condition Mechanic Certification).
- HVAC experience including burners, hydronic heating systems and air conditioning.
- Building Management Systems (BAS), controls and automation systems experience.
- Strong electrical background in troubleshooting, electrical schematics and electrical diagnostic tools.
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience with boiler installation, commissioning and service.
- OBT1 or OBT2 (Oil Burner Technician Certificate) would be an asset.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work and promote teamwork.
- Accurately document and provide written reports of all technical calls and site visits.
- Analytical thinking, inspection and diagnostic focused problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team-members in a professional manner.
- Able to work independently, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Possess good presentation skills and be comfortable speaking in front of audiences in an interactive environment.
- Must possess a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally. Additional hours may be required when travelling.
- Experience in hosting Webinars would be an asset
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record are required.
