Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Consume functional requirements and provide high level estimates for configuration/customization
- Engage with customers to understand and document requirements
- Participate and contribute to design and code reviews
- Work in conjunction with the CMDB team to define and review all requirements and develop design solutions
- Serve as a technical leader and collaborate with customers to understand and document requirements
- Provide original solutions to complex problems with the ability to advise and recommend advanced technical approaches and solutions
- Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks
- Define best practices and standards for developing solutions using ServiceNow
- Lead team of ServiceNow development
- Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation
- Understand new ServiceNow features to drive platform expansion and adoption
- Gather specifications from service owners, document requirements, and deliver product releases to meet business needs
- Build workflows from service owner requirements including requests, request items and tasks
- Design and build integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Create views and reports as needed to illustrate service performance and demonstrate business value
- Experience with SOAP and REST API development
- ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
