Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends or Stat holidays

MOA Diploma/Certificate

Minimum 2 years experience

Performing MOA duties that include but not limited to:
Answering office phones and taking messages. Calling patients and Health Care Professionals/workers (hospitals, doctor's offices, etc)

Sending off requisitions and appointments

Booking patient appointments (in person and virtual)

Electronically Filing

Helping organize the office schedule

Using Plexia EMR proficiently

Booking surgeries - Preparing OR Booking packages

Organizing surgical slates - giving patients pre and post op instructions

Booking sclerotherapy appointments

Sanitizing office surfaces and patient exam rooms

Wages are negotiable depending on level of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Westminster, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
