We are looking for a motivated Representative to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and support our cleaning technicians.

You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate cleaning services to keep technicians’ schedules full. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell products and services through both inside and outside sales efforts.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Must be able to speak both English & French
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week

Additional pay:
