Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Director of Operations.
- During the night shift operation responsible for Guest Service function, Front Desk, Bell Services, In-room dining etc.
- Prepare the daily Night Audit proceedings and system back-ups.
- Balancing of all transactions including credit card transactions and any discrepancies are brought to the attention of the Controller.
- Participating and assisting with inventory control, yield and revenue management, daily sell strategies with prices and rates.
- Thorough knowledge in Emergency and Front Office procedures.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff during overnight period.
- Liaison with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge etc. to ensure smooth arrival and departure experience.
- To act on the behalf of the Executive Office with the authority to ensure company and hotel standards and procedures are met.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two year previous Front Office Management experiences.
- Solid knowledge of Front Office Procedures.
- Knowledge of Micros Opera, Micros POS of advantage.
- Highly organized, career and result orientated with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, additional assignments and duties.
- Most work well under strict timelines.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English - second language an asset.
- First Aid and CPR strong asset.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft XP required.
