About the Role:

We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, and motivated Nightlife Promoter to join the Nightfleet team. This role is perfect for someone who loves nightlife, enjoys meeting new people, and has strong social skills both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote weekly events, parties, and special nights across social media and in-person networks.
  • Bring quality guests to partnered venues and ensure they have a great experience.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and table reservations.
  • Greet guests at the door, assist with entry, and coordinate with venue staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regular clients, VIPs, and potential spenders.
  • Represent the Nightfleet brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and social skills.
  • Active presence on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships.
  • Previous promotion or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
