**Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry.
- Conduct thorough checks of bags and personal items as required by venue policy.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations while maintaining a friendly yet authoritative presence.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.

- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patrons and team members.
