We are currently looking to add a Technical Advisor/Site Supervisor to our dynamic team in our Coquitlam location.

We provide a comprehensive remuneration package that includes Salary, company vehicle and more. Salary is based on experience.

**Technicial Advisor/Site Supervisor Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years Construction experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Fire and Flood Restoration experience.
- Knowledge of current building codes.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must read and write fluent English.

**Duties**
- Experience at an intermediate level in using MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations.
- Structural experience and knowledge.
- Permit coordination and liaising with municipalities.
- Attending city inspections.
- Experience with large loss projects.
- Oversee and manage subtrades on site.
- Inspect sites and perform quality control.
- Ensuring WorkSafeBC compliance.
- Overseeing sites - internal crew management by others.
- Working Conditions_
- This role works primarily out of Phoenix’s Head Office in Coquitlam.
- We offer flexible work schedules that we customize for each employee.
- Remote working.
- Your time will be spent on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland and in the office.
- Company provided PPE must be worn on jobsites as required.
- Some additional hours may be required during peak business periods.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
