Key Details:

- Shift: Various rotations; various shifts
- Location: Southern Regina, Northern BC
- Travel & Camp: Provided for non-local residents Type: Full-time, project-based**A Day in the Life**:

- Collaborate with site Foremen to review 3-week lookahead schedules and confirm upcoming scopes of work
- Perform material takeoffs from drawings, considering available site inventory to avoid over-ordering
- Create detailed material requisitions and distribute to pre-qualified vendors for pricing
- Evaluate vendor quotes for cost, delivery, and compliance, then prepare purchase requests for approval
- Track purchase orders, update material logs, and expedite orders as required
- Receive materials onsite, verify packing slips, address discrepancies, and update inventory systems
- Maintain continuous communication with site supervisors, vendors, and head office to resolve material-related issues Provide weekly reporting on material status, inventory, and outstanding orders**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- Experience in material coordination or procurement in an industrial construction environment (E&I focus preferred)
- Familiarity with electrical and instrumentation materials (e.g., cable, conduit, panels, instrumentation)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and material specifications
- Strong organization and planning skills with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with BST or other procurement systems is an asset
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to support dynamic field execution teams Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment**What’s in it for you?**:
