**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Process orders and manage stock levels to meet market demands.
- Utilize data management, reporting, and tracking inventory metrics.
- Support sales management efforts by promoting parts specials and upselling additional products.
- Ensure the parts department is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using CMMS for inventory management.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient parts department operation.
- Sales management experience is a plus to drive parts sales initiatives.
