**_Purpose of the position_**
The position will (but not limited to):
- Provides administrative support to the Legislative Services Team
- Assists with records management and special projects
- Prepares correspondence, agendas, minutes, reports, spreadsheets, forms.
- Coordinates meetings by sending out invitations, drafting agendas, and recording meeting minutes.
- Provides back up functions for Legislative Services Officer as needed

To be successful in this position, you will hold:
- Grade 12 Diploma
- Office Administration Diploma
- 1 to 3 years direct experience
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher, Teams, Adobe/Foxit PDF
- Exceptional customer service, public relations, and communications skills.
