**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen operations.
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, feedback, and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and meal preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for cooking and creating memorable culinary experiences for guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.30-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
