**We are currently looking for a full time Maintenance Worker (37.5 hours per week) and part time.**

The positions will report to the Maintenance Manager and will beresponsible to complete work orders in the resident suites, perform other routine maintenance jobs such as plumbing, renovations, painting, tiling, dry wall repairs in suites. Perform lawn maintenance (e.g., grass cutting, etc.). Snow/ice removal utilizing tools such as snow blower, shovel, blower, etc.) Rodent, pest control, etc. Basic carpentry, plumbing and handyman skills would be an asset and two years experience working in residential building maintenance.
