**Responsibilities**
- Work in sync with the estimator for accurate efficient estimates
- Knowledge & identification of parts
- Set a realistic time frame for completion and follow thru
- Job planning for efficiency
- Following up & inspecting parts ( damaged, incorrect)
- Perform the repairs as per the industry standards in the most efficient way and keeping the customers safety a top priority
- Experience in correct repairs on unibody structured and full frame vehicles
- Proper procedures as per manufacturers’ recommendation for replacement of structural and sheet metal panels
- Experience in repairs with High strength steel, high strength low Allow Steel, Aluminum, Sheet Moulded Compound, Fiberglass and Urethane.
- Continuing training with I-Car courses
- Team player

**Qualifications**
- Ontario Auto Body Repair License
- 3rd apprentice considered
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiar with Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Standards
- Able to work in a safe organized and professional manner with others.
- Participate in solving any daily challenges which may arise
- Participate in a positive team atmosphere
- Able to communicate, understand, read and write in English at a level needed to meet job-related tasks and safety requirements.
