We are currently seeking an experienced Repair Planner with strong work ethic and outstanding customer service skills to join our growing team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Writing complete and accurate estimates alongside certified Autobody Technicians as vehicles are fully disassembled to identify all damages
- Reviews and explains estimates with customers to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
- Obtains repair authorization as needed
- Performs final check of vehicle before customer delivery
- Reviews estimates of completed vehicles with customers
- Negotiates repair costs with Insurance Appraisers
- Manages supplements and re-inspections throughout repair process
- Monitors repairs throughout repair process to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Communicates and documents repairs status to customers and insurance companies
- Finalizes paperwork at completion of repairs prior to notifying customers
- Special projects or assignments that may be required by management

Applicants must possess the following:

- OSSD, Post secondary, Trade School, Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experiences
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Appraiser or Repair Planner
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in using Mitchell and Audatex
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of body repair methods
