- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring that they adhere to project timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports

- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects

**Salary**: $24.84-$39.84 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
