**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the installation crew, other labour crews on site (rotate between 1-8 sites daily)
- Liaise between builder’s site superintendant/installers and report back to Braxx Management Team as needed
- Ensure materials are received, checking inventory
- Securing materials on site for the duration of the job
- Ensure Health and Safety standards and practices are executed on site
- Make decisions under stress and in a timely manner
- Perform tasks within a budget, and under time constraints
- Hands-on construction

Qualifications:

- High Level of construction knowledge (5+ years)
- 5+ years experience as Site Supervisor
- Knowledge of railing installation (preferred)
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Works well with others

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
