**Bronnenco Construction Ltd.** continues to grow and is excited to hire a new team member. We are currently expanding our team and looking to hire a **Construction Foreman/Site Supervisor.**

The Foreman/Supervisor, under the direction of the Project Manager, is primarily responsible for all aspects of construction management on worksites, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish. The Working Foreman/Supervisor must have a strong dedication to health and safety in the workplace, ensuring all workers and subcontractors perform their duties in accordance with Bronnenco Construction Ltd’s policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Lead work on an ICI construction site to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, regulations, and safety codes.
- Job sites are in the London and surrounding area, travel to and from sites is required.
- Aid with the planning, organizing, direction, control, and evaluation of construction projects onsite from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Coordinate and direct all construction workers on the worksite.
- Schedule proper staffing levels onsite each day to ensure that the project is completed as scheduled.
- Ensure that proper materials and quantities of materials are onsite each day prior to daily work commencing.
- Verify the quantity of necessary personal protective equipment and the replacement of any equipment that is damaged or put out of service.
- Lead project meetings with internal parties to monitor and report on construction progress.
- Develop and implement quality control on site.
- Complete administrative duties onsite such as timesheets and purchase tracking.
- Complete daily safety logs, JHA's, and weekly inspections, and more.
- Ensure the overall safety of all workers onsite by performing regular checks and inspections during site visits.
- Ensure safety compliance of sub-trades working on site.
- Plan, implement, and monitor the construction progress, including all scheduling and logistics.
- Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely project close-out.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 3 or more years of ICI construction experience.
- 1 year + of work experience in site supervision/management within an ICI construction environment.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills with stakeholders and sub-trades.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a project team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.
- Proven ability to take initiative and confirm the accuracy of information that is sent and received.
- Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- First aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets (Fall Arrest, WHMIS, Supervisor Awareness, Asbestos Training, First Aid, etc.)
- Must be able to read and interpret project drawings and specifications, including any changes to the project documents.
