Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Utilize SQL and Tableau to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and procurement best practices
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
