Act as project support on targeted clients and prospects including data analysis, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach
Provide solid technical advice/expertise to clients regarding the successful implementation of wellbeing programs
Write /deliver high impact reports and presentations concerning a variety of wellbeing outcomes
Act as a liaison between the different vendors and the client during the implementation phase of the program
Work on a variety of special projects related to increasing awareness about Aon’s wellbeing offerings both internally and externally
Assist client teams with benchmarking and industry research
Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve standardized processes to add value to client deliverables
Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams with colleagues, clients, client teams and carriers
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of wellbeing offerings, systems, products, trends and emerging technology, while having a thorough understanding of how this relates to increasing value to clients
Participate in team projects and activities which drive innovation, improved client value and business results Skills and experience that will lead to success
Minimum of 3 years of experience ideally in organizing/coordinating wellness activities/programs or in a health-related field
Bi-lingual (English, French) abilities would be considered an asset;
Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills
Must be a highly motivated, accountable, customer service and team oriented individual;
Need someone who is a self-starter and who has curiosity. Someone who has interest in continually learning and challenging themselves to think outside of the box and step outside of their comfort zone;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously is critical;
Experience with corporate clients preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) Education:
Post-secondary Diploma in Health and Wellness studies and/or related degree required
