**Job Summary**
Seeking a dedicated and organized office admin to join our team. We are a music school looking for someone for our Port Coquitlam location. This is a part-time, flexible job position hiring immediately.

Pay Rate is between $18 to $21 per hour depending on experience.

**Main responsibilities are**:

- Greet and assist customers on the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries.
- Registering new students and scheduling their lessons on the software system (training will be provided).
- Organizing books in the inventory for the teachers and students
- Distributing books to teachers' rooms when required
- Displaying respectful and positive attitude toward teachers
- Receiving mail for the location and reporting to manager
- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of academy and its bathroom

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English
- Mandarin as a second language is also required
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
