Responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager’s on an assigned basis to create, submit, file, and organize all project documentation and other related drawings, records, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence. **_This position will require immediate Controlled Goods security clearance, therefore only Canadian Citizens and or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time._** **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** - Provide Program Management Team with weekly claim status reports for files and KPI updates for clients and projects; - Coordinate, schedule and book travel needs for Project and Program Managers; - Manage, monitor and maintain project documents and activities for project personnel via electronic file sharing and hard copies; - Record and document meeting minutes.
