Established, Sudbury landscape company is seeking a highly skilled, energetic and self-motivated Office Assistant/ Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
The office assistant position assists in all front office and reception activities, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers upon arrival, in-store/ online transactions, data entry etc.
The social media coordinator will oversee our social media presence and help tell our “story” to clients, family and friends.
Must be enthusiastic about working closely with co-workers in creating fresh, informative content.
This is NOT a work-from-home position.

**Requirements**:
Greet customers and process their transactions
Manage online store
Filing - payables, invoices, end of day logs and inspection books
Maintain office supplies - including ordering as needed
Update road-side sign board weekly
Assist with onboarding new staff and tracking training module completion
Help identify and celebrate employee of the month and other employee successes
Help with some yard maintenance - keeping yard in order and professional looking
Create daily social media content
Visit multiple job sites to document progress
Outgoing and dynamic personality an asset

**Qualifications**:
A keen sense of organization and an ability to maintain focus
Strong customer service orientation
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and photo/video editing software
Effectively communicate across a variety of platforms - ie. Instagram, FB, YouTube
College/University degree
Strong initiative, self-motivated and ability to work alone and as part of a team
Full G license and own vehicle
