**Job Title**: Skid Steer Snow Removal Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a skid steer with a snow plow or bucket attachment to clear driveways, parking lots, walkways, and roads.
- Ensure safe and effective operation of the skid steer during snowstorms and adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain equipment in good working order, including performing basic maintenance and inspections.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete snow removal tasks in a timely manner.
- Respond to on-call snow removal requests, ensuring prompt service during snow events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with snow plows and other snow-clearing attachments.
- Strong understanding of snow plowing techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in cold, snowy, and challenging weather conditions.
- Reliable and able to respond to on-call snow removal needs.

**Compensation**: Competitive pay, based on experience.

**Schedule**: On-call availability from November to April.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.62-$23.94 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
