Are you a talented, outgoing, driven person? We are currently seeking an **Outside/Inside Sales Rep. **with Business-to-Business sales experience to represent Alberta and Ontario, although there is really no geographical limit for sales. This position has unlimited potential, it is focused on securing new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Developing customer contacts through prospecting.
- Identifying the customer’s needs and providing solutions.
- Growing sales through following the sales cycle and using closing skills.
- Achieving targeted sales plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Assertive and organized self-starter who has a high level of accountability, with a focus on trackable results.
- Strong communicator, both in person and in writing.
- Ability to thrive on challenge and to be a self starter with a sense of urgency.
- Driven to hunt down opportunities.
- The ability to build relationships in a condensed period of time.
- Fully conversant in booking appointments via the telephone, social media, and in person.
- Great at negotiations and closing deals.
- Confident, diplomatic, professional.
- Able to inspire potential clients.
- Has a developed and strong referral process.
- Able to follow the complete sales cycle with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of current technology and software in addition to advanced computer skills.
- Loves to win.
- Strong team player.
**Requirements**:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field. Or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 2 to 5 years previous sales experience that included a strong commission component, preferably in early-stage startup selling technology and product to enterprises and/or SMB.
- Experience with Startups or young companies.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.

Third Year Income expecting : +$175,000
