This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Edmonton branch.Skills:Proven business acumenA good instinct for sales and building relationships with customersDriven and results-orientedExcellent written and verbal communicationHighly organized with a strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on detailsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as report to a sales supervisor and management.Responsibilities:Achieving all territory business objectives including sales goals and growthDeveloping, implementing, and executing a territory business planProspecting / cold calling for additional business to create new customer relationshipsMaintaining existing customer partnerships, building strong and lasting relationships with new customersDelivering superior customer experience to achieve account retention and growthIdentifying and reporting market trends and competitor information with sales team membersFull cycle customer service, including receiving and accurately processing ordersAnswering questions and following up with customersAnalyzing and resolving customer complaintsAssisting in developing project bidsCreating and maintaining customer recordsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Vehicle ownership (driver's abstract may be requested)The ability for overnight travel (during weekdays)A post-secondary degree and previous experience in the steel industry are considered an assetPreference will be given to candidates with prior sales experienceWhy Work for Us?We are a growing company that recognizes the importance of supporting our employees.
