As a start-up, we’re building something exciting and we’re looking for a passionate and creative **Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist** to join us on this journey.

**This is a ground-floor opportunity with real potential for growth within the company.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create and post **1-3 engaging pieces of content daily** on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with our brand voice.
- Boost brand visibility and grow a loyal follower base.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and interact with local communities.
- Track analytics and performance, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with trends, reels, hashtags, and platform best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (portfolio or sample posts a plus).
- Creative eye for photo, video, and graphic design (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools preferred).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media strategy, algorithms, and engagement tactics.
- Reliable, self-driven, and excited about contributing to a growing brand.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:
