Job Title: Social Media Coordinator/Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve)

Location: Saltwater Pros Inc. 25 Lesmill Road Unit D, Toronto, Ontario. M3B 2T3

Position Type: Full-time/Part-time

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels in a timely manner.

Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that meets the project's vision and objectives.

Collaborate with the team members to develop and execute concepts for video content.

Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects as needed.

Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.

Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.

Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proven experience as a Video Editor using DaVinci Resolve or similar software.

Strong proficiency in video editing techniques, including color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.

Excellent understanding of storytelling principles and visual aesthetics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.

Genuine enthusiasm for reef ecosystems and marine life, with personal experience in maintaining reef aquariums preferred.

Solid understanding of reef aquarium equipment, livestock, and maintenance techniques, with a willingness to continually expand your knowledge through training and research.
