**Responsibilities**:
**Tik Tok & Instagram Reels**
- Create a lot of content for social media channels, mostly Tiktok and Instagram Reels (must know how to edit and do the edits and transitions in these social media apps)
- Bring ideas for new verticals of content
- Create content using Inshot, video leap, CapCut or have basic knowledge about video apps.
- Research on tiktok trends(music, transition etc) and implementing them on our tiktok page.
- Create posts using Later Scheduling App. Must have be knowledgeable with witty captions and hashtags.
- Research Instagram Story Ideas and be able to create it
- Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with Canadian fashion influencers and models.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies to bring traffic to the website and increase sales
- Brainstorm new creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Ability to make good judgments regarding brand fit and engagement

**Requirements**:

- Experience in creating Tiktok/ IG Reels content (must know basic editing and transitions)
- Ability to deliver creative content ideas
- Must be energetic and must think out of the box.
- Strong understanding of social media (optimize content for each platform - Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok as well as how to market the brand with each platform’s unique features).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (words, excel)
- Post-secondary degree preferred in Business (Marketing emphasis), Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and/or communications;
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong comfort level using social media to connect with others and build relationships
- High energy, positive, organized and excited about dresses and fashion overall
- Previous experience in writing blogs and social media posts will be considered an asset
- Previous experience with videography (and editing) will be an asset
